Shipping Policy

RGP Labs ships exclusively within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders are shipped from our US-based facility.
Shipping Methods and Transit Times
We offer three shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (USPS) — 5 to 8 business days, $9.99. Free on orders of $50 or more.
- Priority Shipping (FedEx) — 2 to 3 business days, $17.99.
- Overnight Shipping (UPS) — Next business day, $49.99.
Transit times are estimates measured from the date of shipment, not the date the order was placed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, weather, and destination.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not receive a tracking email within one business day of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@rgplabs.com.
Packaging and Handling
All orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging. Product labels contain only the compound name, batch number, and quantity — no marketing materials or company branding are visible on the exterior of the package.
Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperatures during standard transit. For overnight and priority shipments during periods of extreme heat, we may include insulated packaging or cold packs at no additional charge to help maintain product integrity.
Free Shipping
Standard shipping is free on all orders with a subtotal of $50 or more (before tax). Free shipping applies only to the standard USPS option. You may upgrade to a faster method at the listed price.
Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if your shipment appears lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@rgplabs.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, reship your order or issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
