Refund Policy

At RGP Labs, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, replacements, and returns are available.
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or otherwise used are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, compromised, or does not match the description on the product page, we will provide a full replacement or a complete refund at your choice. This includes:
- Broken or leaking vials during transit
- Products that do not match the labeled compound or quantity
- Products with purity below the stated specification on the COA
- Missing items from your order
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will resolve quality claims as quickly as possible, typically within 2 business days.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or report an issue, email support@rgplabs.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return or report
- The reason for the return (damage, quality concern, or other)
- Photos, if applicable (required for damage or quality claims)
Our team will review your request and respond within one business day with instructions. Do not ship any product back without first receiving a return authorization from our team.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect a returned product (or verify a quality claim), approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund or return:
- Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or partially used
- Custom or special-order products
- Orders where more than 7 days have passed since confirmed delivery
- Shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error)
